Atlanta area (covers 150 mile radius)

Base 65k-75k depending on experience commissions ($125-150k on target earnings)

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through strategic outreach efforts, including cold calling, networking, and relationship building. Your primary objective will be to identify and engage with potential clients, understand their roofing needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to prospects within the residential and commercial sectors.

· Identify key decision-makers and build relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and rapport-building.

· Utilize various sales techniques to overcome objections, educate prospects about our roofing solutions, and ultimately secure meetings or appointments.

· Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM software.

· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop customized sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth.

· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.

· Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

· Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, progress, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications:

· Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences and build relationships.

· Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

· Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.

· Self-motivated and driven individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client meetings and events.
