Opportunity: Treasury Analyst
Reporting to the Treasury Manager, this position's primary responsibilities will include compiling, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting banking, operational, and financial data within various systems.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions
•Review, analyze, and maintain all daily banking activity for both corporate and property transactions.
•Assist treasury and properties with all bank account reconciliations.
•Assist with bank account maintenance and banking systems account maintenance.
•Assist with all utility payment-related weekly journal entries.
•Assist in weekly/monthly journal entries.
•Support Shared Services accountants while learning their responsibilities and acting as the primary backup.
•Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear and precise data analysis.
•Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program.
•Practice safe work habits.
•Perform other duties as requested by management.
Qualifications
Position Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
•1-2 years of previous experience in treasury, accounting, or finance.
•Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including advanced skills with Excel.
