**Description**

Abberly Twin Hickory Apartments is seeking a highly motivated, conscientious and task oriented team member for the position of Custodian for a multi-family apartment living community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about maintaining a clean and attractive environment and have a desire to expand their skill set in to maintenance.

**Responsibilities:**

* Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community, including buildings, breezeways, clubhouses, amenity areas, and all other common areas on a daily basis

* Provide superior service to residents

* Clean apartment homes when residents move out

* Prepare apartment homes for new residents

* Deliver notices, newsletters and flyers to residents within the community

* Quality oriented: Attention to detail while meeting deadlines

* Potential to be trained to perform some maintenance functions
