Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven retail Boutique Sales Associate to promote performance-based skincare, haircare, and beauty that delivers results. As a Boutique Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and inform them of special offers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend skin care and beauty products based on their preferences.
- Advise customers on how to take care of their skin and use medical-grade skin care essentials.
- Provide product information and demonstrate product features to customers
- Provide excellent sales service.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Communicate and teamwork with co-workers to achieve store objectives
- Light cleaning & other duties as assigned.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner
Skills
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions
- Ability to effectively sell products and close sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
Qualifications
- 3 years of retail experience, within beauty industry preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate and promote beauty products.
- High school diploma - additional education in Cosmetology or relevant field is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to move, transport and lift up to 20 pounds.
Locations: Strongsville, Medina, and Brunswick.
Pay: Hourly pay between $15.00- $17.00 sales incentive bonuses.

Hours: 4 weekdays 7:45am - 5:30pm.
