Huntsville Hospital is seeking qualified candidates to practice in our pharmaceutical care model at Huntsville Hospital Main Emergency Department. This second shift (7 on/7 off) position allows you to practice in as fast paced, exciting environment! Whether you are just completing your PGY-1 residency/PGY2-residency or have been practicing pharmacy for several years, Huntsville Hospital Pharmacy offers a great opportunity to practice at the top of your license.

Education: Bachelor degree in pharmacy or doctor of pharmacy degree from an accredited university with license to practice pharmacy in Alabama required; completion of post graduate pharmacy residency or equivalent clinical experience strongly preferred. Proof of current AHA BLS must be provided or obtained by the end of the orientation period. Experience: Completion of post graduate pharmacy residency or equivalent clinical practice strongly preferred.Additional Skills/Abilities:Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly. Must be proficient in mathematics.
