We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our dynamic team at HGreg Development. This role involves managing bank debt, overseeing the accounting functions, and ensuring the financial health of our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating financial strategies that align with our company’s goals.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s real estate projects. Manage bank relationships to secure financing and negotiate terms that benefit the company.

• Debt Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of bank debt, including structuring, compliance, and repayment.

• Accounting Oversight: Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. Supervise the accounting team to maintain orderly financial records.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and provide financial forecasts to assist in strategic decision-making.

• Risk Management: Identify financial risks related to real estate development and implement risk management strategies.

• Reporting: Prepare financial reports for senior management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, with a strong preference for experience in real estate development.

• Proven track record of managing bank debt and complex financial portfolios.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee a team of financial professionals.

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in financial software and Excel.
