HGR General Contractors is Hiring a Commercial Construction Superintendent Near Tyler, TX
We are looking to hire a skilled Commercial Superintendent with knowledge of various techniques. You will be responsible for layout, installation, repairing, finishing, and maintaining various structures, fixtures, and buildings. A successful applicant should be hardworking, reliable, and have good communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities: Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Assisting with design, planning, layout, and installation. Knowledge of installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required. Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment. Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service.
Prefer minimum 3 years as full charge Superintendent for General Contractor. Good communication skills. Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project. Applicant must be able to pass drug test and background check. Coordinate and oversee company personnel and subcontractors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
