Job Description: Direct Support Professional - Full and Part-time positions available!
Location: Fruitport, Wolf Lake/ Egelston Township, Muskegon
Job Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with cognitive, physical, and/or other impairments in a residential and/or community setting that require 24-hour care.
- Perform assigned tasks and meet everyday needs such as eating, dressing, grooming, mobility, and communication.
- Maintain records, including case notes, progress notes, and program data and complete necessary shift checklists prior to end of shift.
- Effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisors, persons served, and others within the home and community.
- Medication administration.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience:
- High School Diploma or Proof of Equivalency
- Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements
- Experience preferred, but not necessary
Requirements:
- Valid Michigan’s Driver’s Licensing & proof of clean driving record check
Shift Availability:
- Night Shift (Preferred)
- Overnight Shift (Preferred)
- Day Shift (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
