Behavior Analysis Technicians
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Working one-on-one with a child in our Hart or Ludington centers to provide support as written in a treatment plan building language, communication, and social skills using positive reinforcement.
Qualifications
Minimum of 18 years of age.
High School diploma or GED.
Be able to communicate expressively and receptively.
Valid Michigan Driver’s License Proof of clean driving record check.
Must pass criminal background checks.
Must pass Pre-Employment Physical, TB Test, and Drug Test.
Completion of Mandatory Training upon hire.
Requirements

Employees in this position are required to run after program participants, up to 500 feet, repeatedly and frequently. Home-based services are delivered in a variety of settings and can include homes that are not accessible and contain animals and other allergens.
