Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Working one-on-one with a child in our Hart or Ludington centers to provide support as written in a treatment plan building language, communication, and social skills using positive reinforcement.

Infrequently, the employee may be required to lift up to 100 pounds with another staff. Employees in this position are required to run after program participants, up to 500 feet, repeatedly and frequently. Home-based services are delivered in a variety of settings and can include homes that are not accessible and contain animals and other allergens.
