HG External is Hiring an Admissions Director Near Phoenix, AZ

The Terraces of Phoenix, one of several HumanGood communities named “Best Continuing Care Retirement Community 2024” by U.S. News & World Report, is hiring a full-time Admissions Director (aka, Clinical Liaison or Post-Acute Liaison) for its Skilled Nursing team. 

Under general supervision, the Admissions Director is responsible for generating business from referral sources to meet the community’s revenue and census goals. The majority of this position is spent in outside sales developing relationships with community hospitals, physician offices, community health clinics and other community outreach programs. This position contributes to the success of HumanGood by coordinating external professional relationships for the community with an emphasis in Skilled Nursing components of senior living to achieve the highest possible occupancy within budgetary and regulatory guidelines. 

Pay range: $65,000 to $85,000 per year (DOE) plus Commission

To be successful in this role you would have: 

  • Two or more years in a related field that demonstrates the ability to work in a long term care setting, preferably with geriatric residents. 
  • Current/prior Admissions, Clinical or Post-acute Liaison experience within a skilled nursing facility preferred.
  • Therapist , LCSW, Nurse, MPH, or Marketing Specialist experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Medical or Business education or training preferred.
  • Clinical license such as RN, LPN, RT, IT or SLP preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
