Supply Chain Associate

We are looking for a Supply Chain Associate to join a global engineering and manufacturing leader and to be part of the autonomous future. In this role, you will support the Operations Team by performing various supply chain activities, such as onboarding new suppliers, collecting, maintaining, and filing vendor-related records, tracking supplier performance, and supplier relations.

Within the Autonomy & Positioning division your work will contribute to the operation of our brand AutonomouStuff. 

The Location: Hexagon is a global company with locations around the world. This position is based in Morton, IL. 

Responsibilities

As Supply Chain Associate, you will:

• Coordinate vendor registrations and onboarding of new suppliers
• Collect, review, organize, and maintain accurate vendor files
• Collect, review, and maintain accurate costs, lead times, export information, and compliance documentation for items in the ERP system
• Solicit RFI and RFQ’s from suppliers
• Assist with DMR, SCAR and supplier scorecards
• Build productive relationships both internally and externally
• Support the supply chain functions and other departments, as needed (e.g. materials, shipping, etc…)

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 2 years relevant supply chain experience
• Experience with ERP/MRP
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions
• Ability to lift 40 pounds

• Adaptable and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively

Nice-to-Have:

• Basic understanding of product classification for export compliance
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals
