Hestia is hiring part time Sales Associate Team Members! We are a retail store specializing in cute Japanese-inspired brands from the U.S. like Hello Kitty, Rilakkuma, and k-pop. We are looking for a reliable, organized, detail-oriented person.

● Prior retail sales experience preferred.
● Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
● Desire to succeed in a fast paced retail environment.
● Willingness to learn.
● Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
● Ability to work night and weekend shifts, Holidays.
● Stand for long periods of time

Sales Associate Description:

● Assists the management team in coordinating Store activities in order to achieve
Store sales plan and profit.

● Provides leadership and support to the Store Associates in order to ensure that all aspects of Guest service are being provided.

● Effectively merchandises, signs and prices Store in accordance with Company guidelines.

● Manages loss prevention techniques in order to reduce shrink.
● Maintain store product displays and other merchandising activities.
● Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas are up to visual standards
● you'll help keep the stockroom organized and the store tidy
● The usual retail stuff (with or without reasonable accommodation): able to navigate your way around the store, merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment, and pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to
50 pounds.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.45 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
