Store Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. Gemology or luxury sales exp necessary. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee performance
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Train and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
- Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training to ensure staff is knowledgeable about products and services
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee cash register operations and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience in wireless sales or sales management is highly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in interviewing, recruiting, and training employees
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and cash registers
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,071.00 - $70,000.00 per year
