Summary 
Essential Duties

· Responsible for processing incoming and outgoing wire transfers. 
· Verify all incoming & outgoing wires based on company requirements. 
· Balance wire transfer transactions with the Federal Reserve daily. 
· Review and retain wire transfer statements daily. 
· Provide weekly & monthly reporting requirements. 
· Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations. 
· Perform telephone callbacks, emails, Teams, etc. to internal & external wire customers for verification purposes. 
· Answering telephones, emails, Teams, etc. from internal and external customers for wire and other operational related questions. 
· Conduct reviews of Watchdog Wire users to maintain a accurate list of users and user limits. 
· Perform daily branch proof work as needed. 
· Participate in bank training to enhance skill set and meet compliance requirements. 
· Must be organized, self-motivated and a team player. 
· Ability to operate a personal computer. 
· Foster teamwork in the branch or department to ensure a positive overall customer experience and positive work environment. 
· Answer telephones, answer questions and direct callers to proper Bank personnel. 
· Punctuality and good attendance are imperative. 
· Cross-sell the Bank's other products and services, referring customers to appropriate staff as indicated. 
· Participate in bank training to enhance skill set and meet compliance requirements. 
· Non-Exempt - Ability to work your schedule up to 40 hours with little or no overtime and complete tasks assigned. 
· Exempt - Ability to work 45 hours a week and complete tasks assigned. 
· Responsible for coaching employees to success, which may include disciplinary action. 
· Prepare quarterly and annual performance evaluations for all employees. 
OFFICER 
· Additional duties related to the Officer position 
LENDERS 
· Gathers and analyzes all information necessary to present a financing request to senior management or Loan Committee for approval; meets with existing or potential customers; visiting sites of borrowers ; negotiates loan terms and conditions; approves loans within established lending limits or refers and recommends acceptance to the Market President or Loan Committee. 
· Coordinates processing of approved loans; ensures loans are processed according to agreement, customer needs and conform to Bank lending policies; obtains sufficient information and/or documentation from customers; solves problems relative to processing and servicing of loans within his or her portfolio; approves loan disbursements in accordance with agreements. 
Minimum Requirements

Must be able to pass a background and Credit check 
· EDUCATION ** Work related experience should consist of an in-depth background in accounting, management, sales and/or supervisory skills. Educational experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school or financial industry related curriculum, should be applicable to the financial industry. 
· Excellent social and networking skills to support the community bank image. 
· Complete in-house training based on requirements set up for this position. 
· Proven ability to provide an Excellent Customer Experience. 
· Basic skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; word processing and spreadsheet software. 
· Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others, interpret documents, understand procedures, write reports and correspondence, speak clearly to customers and employees. 
· Effective Time management skills. 
· Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. 
· Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties. 
· Ability to deal with routine problems involving multiple facets and variables. 
· Must follow company policies, all state and federal laws, regulations and guidelines. 
· Current driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities.

· Must visit current customers and cold call potential customers outside the bank: calling the customer and physically visiting the customers’ location and meeting with potential clients. 
The incumbent must be able to perform this position safely, without endangering the health or safety to themselves or others. 
Secondary Duties

Supervisory Responsibilities 
The position of *** has no supervisory responsibility.
Environment and Physical Activity 
The environment for this position is an open office that is mostly clean and comfortable and includes driving a Bank or personal-owned vehicle approximately 10% of the time which includes exposure to the outside weather elements and moving mechanical parts. It may include some minor annoyances such as noise, odors, drafts, etc. The incumbent is in a non-confined office-type setting in which he or she is free to move about at will.

This position will be required to be out of the bank at least 25% of the time and must be able to have the endurance to walk and/or stand for at least 20 minutes due to visiting with customers, potential customers and conducting periodic inspections. 
The incumbent in the course of performing this position spends time writing, typing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to 10 pounds), carrying, seeing (such as close, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and adjusted focus), driving, sitting, pulling, walking, standing, squatting, kneeling and reaching. 
The incumbent for this position may operate any or all of the following: telephone, copy and fax machines, calculator, computer terminal, personal computer and related printers. 
Mental Demands 
The incumbent in this position must be able to accommodate to reading documents or instruments, detailed work, problem solving, customer contact, reasoning, math, language, presentations, verbal and written communication, analytical reasoning, stress, multiple concurrent tasks, and constant interruptions.
