Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketer to join our team. As a Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage advertising campaigns, and analyze data to optimize marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and has a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies while visiting pediatric facilities to generate referrals.
- Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Analyze data from marketing campaigns to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and persuasive copy for marketing materials
- Monitor website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related roles
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating graphics and visuals
- Familiarity with HTML5 coding for website customization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce is a plus
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems

We offer competitive compensation based on experience plus bonuses and commission.
