Dental Sterilization Technician Job Profile 

Overview: 

Hero Practice Services is seeking a Sterilization Technician to ensure sterilization of instruments while assisting with other back-office tasks, in addition to being trained on front office procedures.

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CDC and OSHA guidelines 
• Accurately execute laboratory and other reasonably assigned duties
• Provide and encourage the highest level of customer service and quality care 
• Help to explain treatment and tailor personal care education to the patient’s needs

Qualifications: 

• Excellent Verbal Communication Skills 
• Basic Computer Skills 
• Strong interpersonal Skills 
• Electronic Health Records (EHR) Practice Management Software Experience
