Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing business development, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will also directly supervise group leaders, team leaders and team members. The ideal candidate will carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing receiving, yard management operation and the training and coaching of employees. Plan, assign and direct work; Address complaints and resolve problems.

Required to work productions weekends and shutdowns.

Responsibilities:

- Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department.
- Develop strategies to improve overall efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Lead profit loss analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to a team of employees.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance.
- Engage in strategic planning to ensure company objectives are met.
- Supervise daily operations of the company.

Experience:

- Proven experience in managing operations in a similar industry.
- Strong background in business development and sales.
- Proficient in profit loss analysis and project management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Experience in process improvement and strategic planning.
- Previous experience supervising employees is preferred.
