Wound Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

WOCN or WCC/OMS NP/PA

Full-Time

All Wound Care NP/PA candidates will have the following:

• Competitive hourly compensation

Wound Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

WOCN or WCC/OMS NP/PA

Full-Time

All Wound Care NP/PA candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• Must have successfully completed an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Must be successfully licensed in the State of Oregon
• Must have DEA, NPI and prescription authority
• Must have WOCN or WCC/OMS certification
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of previous experience
