The PIHAKIS Restaurant Group is looking for a Vice President of Operations who will lead the growth and success of HERO Doughnuts & Buns, one of its brands. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving operational excellence, financial results, market presence, talent development, and cultivating a high-performance culture.

PIHAKIS is a group of restaurateurs, chefs, and creatives dedicated to creating restaurants prioritizing the well-being of their people, guests, and food. Along with technology, management, and accounting experts, they have established the highest levels of care in the industry.

The group was founded in 2014 by Nick Pihakis and his partners and has grown to include six brands. These brands are Rodney Scott's BBQ, Hero Doughnuts & Buns, The Little Donkey, Tasty Town Greek Restaurant and Lounge, and Luca Mercato Lagotto. The company is headquartered in Birmingham, AL, and operates restaurants throughout the Southeast in cities such as Atlanta, GA; Birmingham, AL; Charleston, SC; Montgomery, AL; and Nashville, TN.
