As the Digital Media Billing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring, pacing, and reconciling our clients' digital media budgets. This position is a harmonious blend of bookkeeping precision and digital media expertise, designed for someone who appreciates the intricacies of both worlds.

What you’ll do

• Budget Pacing & Monitoring: Regularly review and ensure that digital media budgets are spent accurately according to our media authorizations and budget plans
• Billing Reconciliation: Collaborate with the media and finance teams to reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all transactions
• Ledger Maintenance: Keep a detailed and accurate record of all digital media expenses, creating monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to provide insights and clarity to both internal teams and clients
• Budget Forecasting: Work closely with the digital media team to forecast future spends and provide insights on potential budget adjustments
• Compliance and Auditing: Ensure all transactions comply with industry and company standards, while also being prepared to facilitate or participate in financial audits.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to address queries, provide updates, and ensure smooth financial operations

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4 years of experience in media billing, bookkeeping, or a related role, preferably within the digital media sector
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in accounting software and digital media platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
