- Licensed General Contractor
- Licensed Roofer
- GAF Certified Contractor
- Workers Compensation Covered
- Year-round work available
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform setup and cleanup tasks at the job site
- Measure everything to assure proper fit
- Provide labor support as needed
- Perform roof replacements
- Asphalt, metal, and tile roofing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lift at least 50 lbs
- Ability to do screen repair for windows
- Quick learner
- Laborer skills
- Experience with both commercial and residential roofs
- Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures
- Experience with the use of hand-held and power tools
- Experience working with all types of building materials
