Job Title: Data Modeler
Client Location: Baton Rouge, LA

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities: • Responsible for designing and developing data models that accurately represent the organization's data requirements. Work with business stakeholders to identify key data elements and design models that meet the organization's needs. • Work with large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights. Use statistical analysis techniques and data visualization tools to interpret the data and provide meaningful insights to the organization. • Maintain data models to ensure that they are accurate and up to date. Monitor data quality and work with data engineers to resolve any issues. • Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and other documentation to ensure that data is organized and accessible in a way that meets the organization's need
Qualifications: • 8 years of experience as a data modeler, developer, data warehouse consumer and /or data related operations. • 6 Years of Experience with data modeling tools such as Erwin or ER/Studio • 3 Years of working experience or exposure to Azure Cloud development and deployment practices. • 3 years of experience with deployments via DevOps CI/CD pipelines. • 4 years of experience in financial industry is strongly preferred. • Ability to astutely operate in the organization, and able to emphasize methodology, modeling and Data, Process and Application governance. • Hands-On, working knowledge of .Net, Java and SQL language. • Working experience working on Snowflake, Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks is preferable.
