The Team Member We Need

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Visa Specialist to join our team. The Remote Visa Specialist will play a crucial role in our immigration and H-2B processing, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities Include but are not Limited To:

• Process and manage the preparation and filing of nonimmigrant worker petitions, specifically H-2B and responses to RFEs, NOIRs, and NOIDs.
• Conduct thorough reviews of visa documentation and applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with government agencies, consulates, and clients to facilitate the visa application process.
• Stay current with immigration laws and regulations, providing expert guidance.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all visa-related activities.
• Handle inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to workers regarding their visa applications.
• Assist workers and company in gathering required documents and meeting deadlines.
• Work on ad-hoc immigration law related projects as assigned.
• Provide reports for management review.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or employment law.
• 3-5 years of law firm and/or in-house legal work experience preferred.
• Experience with processing H-2B filings.
• Able to handle multiple assignments, works well under pressure, and has the flexibility to assist the team in meeting demands on accelerated schedules.
• Analytical; excellent research and organization skills with great attention to detail.
• Strong negotiator with superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong business acumen, excellent legal and business judgment, with the ability to balance legal risks against business objectives.
• Unquestioned ethics and integrity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
