Requirements
This position is a full time time position (5 days per week) - M, W, Th, F 8:00AM - 4:30PM, T 11:00AM - 7:00PM (late night) at our Cincinnati, OH location.
Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
  • Opening and closing office
  • Greeting and assisting patients and visitors
  • Answering phones and returning messages
  • Routing messages to appropriate channel
  • Entering Sevocity (EMR) tasks
  • Checking in lab patients, alerting clinical care team for orders
  • Checking in GYN patients and providing them with appropriate paperwork
  • Ensuring patient paperwork is completed thoroughly
  • Scanning and uploading patient insurance/license and confirming eligibility
  • Collecting copays and reminding patients of balances and collecting payments
  • Checking patients out and collecting any procedure payments
  • Scheduling patients for follow up appointments
  • Providing patients with samples/brochures requested by provider
  • Rescheduling patients when provider schedule changes
  • Handling patient billing questions and refer them to the proper channel
  • Checking in spa patients
  • Ensuring that spa patient forms have been completed or assisting patients with filling out forms on an IPad
  • Assisting spa patients with product or service questions
  • Checking out spa patients and collecting payment for services and/or products
  • Helping patients redeem their gift cards
  • Logging/redeeming patient rewards points
  • Assisting patients with Venmo tip payments to spa providers
  • Creating daily checkouts for gyn and/or spa and attaching all necessary forms
  • Accepting mail/packages for the office
  • Fielding sales reps/vendor calls and visits to the office
  • Keeping reception area clean and sanitizing front desk area and office supplies
  • Monitoring bathroom supplies
  • Notifying providers/MA staff with schedule changes
  • Selection of music and monitoring of office sound system
  • Monitoring and updating of multiple software program/apps used at the front desk
Requirements
  • 1 year of medical office front desk experience preferred
  • 1 year of office experience required.
  • Data entry experience is preferred.
  • 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills are required
