We need *Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)* on *Day and **Night** Shifts *to join our team at *Heritagespring Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Care* in *West Chester, OH*.
*$26 to $30 Per Hour*
*You’ll Be Responsible For:*
* Providing direct LPN nursing care
* Overseeing the activities of the nursing assistants
* Observing, reporting, and responding to changes in resident condition
* Attending required in-service trainings and educational events
*You’ll Need To Have:*
* Current Ohio LPN (Licensed Practical nurse) certification
* Strong documentation skills, experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus
* Current Instructor-Led CPR Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
* Solid work history as an LPN with excellent attendance and punctuality
* A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
