Heritage Woods of Noblesville is seeking an Activity Aide to join our team!
Responsibilities:

• Drives company van on organized outings
• Interviews residents upon admission to determinetheir likes and dislikes
• Documents the resident's participation inactivities daily
• Develops a monthly activity calendar based onthe resident's interests and needs
• Plans and maintains a budget and inventory listof activity equipment and supplies
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of theresident's activity program and, as necessary, modifies the program to meet theresident's needs and interests
• Plans and coordinates the Community newsletter
• Coordinates a resident council to ensureresident input into the activity program
• Coordinates resident shopping orders for thoseunable to shop independently

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love,compassion, and dignity
