Heritage Woods of Bolingbrook is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities:

• Under the direct supervision of the MaintenanceDirector, our Maintenance Assistant oversees the Community safety program andmaintains a secure resident home and working environment in compliance withpolicy and regulations
• Sustains a preventative maintenance program tomaintain proper functioning of all Community equipment, plumbing, electrical,and HVAC systems
• Completes all maintenance requests, bothscheduled and emergency, quickly and efficiently
• Performs exterior maintenance duties
• Performs fire and disaster drill activities withresidents and team members
• Engages with residents in a compassionate andimpactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where thevalues of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED equivalent required
• Experience in HVAC systems and/or electricalrequired
• Prior Senior living experience desired
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal, writtenand verbal communication skills
