Department: Medical Treatment Unit
Work Hours: 6:30am to 3:00pm on Monday, Wednesdays & Friday

This position provides professional nursing care to patients requiring intravenous therapy in the inpatient and outpatient settings.

Requirements Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing with current Pennsylvania licensure or eligible for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania. Two years previous experience in being proficient with IV insertion. Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment.

Preferred: Prior experience working with Infusion-ports, PICC line care, maintenance, insertion of PICC lines and Midline Catheters (IVT). Prior experience in outpatient IV Treatments.

• In the absence of qualified candidates in the above referenced areas, will consider applicants with Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing, current Pennsylvania licensure, other state licensure as required. Basic Cardiac Life Support. Applicable training and orientation will be provided.
