Heritage Property Management is a residential and commercial property management company with rental communities and commercial offices in the Bucks, Montgomery, and Chester County areas.

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Maintenance Manager to be a part of our Team to help maintain our multi property residential and commercial portfolio. The Assistant Maintenance Manager is based out of our award-winning Orchard Hill Community in Perkasie, PA.

Our ideal candidate would have 2- 4 years of supervisory experience in either multi-family, supervisory or general maintenance, computer skills a plus. Our Assistant Maintenance Supervisor would be responsible for the following:

• Focus on maintaining and scheduling work orders.
• Appliance repair, basic HVAC repair and maintenance, plumbing, electrical and apartment make ready. (HVAC certification a plus.)
• Support the maintenance manager, office staff, and maintenance technicians with work orders and general maintenance.
• Must be self-motivated, performance-driven, and customer service focused.
• Manage and schedule outside contractors when needed.
• Handle multiple projects and daily activities.
• Ensure that all safety programs and procedures are followed.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs.
• Perform additional duties/assignments that may be required by management from time to time.
• On-call rotation approximately every 4-5 weeks.

Candidate should have their own tools and transportation. Must reside within 40 minutes of Orchard Hill (Perkasie). Candidate must have a clean driving record and clean background check.
