As a caregiver at Heritage Pointe, you will provide care and companionship to our residents. Every day with our residents will look a little different, but in general, you will assist residents with showering, dressing, and toileting; accompany residents throughout the building and to events; and redirect residents who need reminders to take care of themselves or interact appropriately with others in our community.
We offer medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits; several shift differentials; and a variety of full and part-time schedules. Our caregivers start at $20.00 an hour, with a P.M. shift (M -F, 3 P.M. - 11 P.M.) differential of $2.00, a NOC shift (M - F, 11 P.M. - 7 A.M) differential of $1.50, and a weekend shift differential (all shifts) of $2.00.
