Heritage Park Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is Hiring a Maintenance Staff Near Roy, UT
As a part of our Maintenance team you will be responsible for the building upkeep of our 90,000 sq. ft. building. You will serve our 120 bed skilled nursing facility and also manage the maintenance needs of our onsite daycare facility. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Looking for someone with substantial experience in building maintenance.
Job Duties
- Assure that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
- Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc., by cutting, trimming, policing, sweeping, etc. as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc.
- Clean windows and screens as directed, and other cleaning.
- Service heating and cooling units/systems, as specified by the manufacturer.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
- Maintain a kind and professional nature with residents and staff.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
