This position is designed for the multi-tasker! Primary role is presenting Heritage Marine as the most trusted source for parts and service in our area. You will be responsible for maintaining the correct level of parts and accessories for our dealership. We are small, but pride ourselves on a fast and accurate turnaround for our customers. Writing the service tickets and advising the boat owner of any needed repairs or maintenance is where the job begins. Working closely with our service department to supply any needed items to make the fast turnaround a reality is step two. You will also need to develop a close working relationship with our vendors to ensure we are getting the best price and fastest delivery of high quality parts. Interacting with customers is a key component to maintaining our reputation of being a quality place to do business. A clean appearance is required as you may well be the first face a new customer sees. The ability to work with numbers is key. Probably the most difficult task is understanding the outboard engine diagrams to ensure the proper part is ordered. A basic knowledge of outboard engines is REQUIRED.
