Our company is growing rapidly and seeking high-caliber qualified painting sub-contractors who are looking for long-term steady work and interested in partnering and growing with us.

Heritage Home Painting is a 2nd generation, family-owned & operated, interior & exterior residential and lite commercial painting company. The ideal candidates are experienced in residential and commercial painting and execute the highest level of standards.

Candidates must be able to physically perform the duties of the job which include, but are not limited to:

MUST HAVES:

All candidates must have a Valid Proof of all required insurance coverage for themselves and any employees (general liability and worker’s compensation) or a waiver of coverage. Additionally, all contractors and their employees must be willing to submit to and pass a background check in order to work on some of our job sites.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Complete assigned paint project work orders in accordance with defined schedules as outlined by the Production/Project Manager in a timely manner maintaining a standard of quality.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Have ALL tools and equipment necessary
• Must have a smartphone and active service plan
• Must be responsive to calls/texts/emails (within reason)
• Excellent customer service skills (only minimal customer interaction expected)
• Must be ‘presentable’ with ‘fresh’ painter’s whites and/or HHP branded apparel
• Must maintain professionalism at all times
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Able to work independently on jobsites

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $1,000.00 - $10,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
