Heritage Home Health and Hospice is currently looking for a full-time home health RN to join our team in Sulphur Springs Tx. To service Sulphur Springs and surrounding areas. Monday - Friday with some rotating call on weekdays and weekend. Pay is competitive. Please apply through Indeed.
Essential Functions:
- Primary functions are to administer skilled nursing care for patients/clients of all ages in their place of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patients/clients and their families, and a referring agency.
- Assumes the responsibility for and participates in the coordination of care.
