The ideal Administrator for Legacy at Trinidad is very hands-on, can work independently, and is able to make decisions and empower a team to create a positive environment for residents and staff. We are searching for an Administrator with a passion for seniors and a dedication to providing exceptional care to our residents.

You'll be responsible for leading and directing the overall operation of the community in accordance with resident needs, current state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, as well as our internal policies and procedures. Other tasks include maintaining outstanding service, high occupancy, and meeting financial goals within established financial guidelines; be able to promote a positive company image to the public by creating a customer experience of the highest quality for everyone, including staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
