Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current and valid Illinois RN nursing license preferred. Valid IL LPN nursing license acceptable.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Be adaptable with strong clinical assessment and independent problem-solving skills
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to interact with a diverse population and caregivers at all levels of the organization
• Computer literacy
