Position Summary

TheLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care to patients on anintermittent basis in the comfort of their home, under the supervision of the RegisteredNurse following the plan of care specific to each patient. While providing careas a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll build relationships, improvequality of life of others and serve the elderly who are in need of support andcare.
