Care Giver/QMAP: Afternoons and Overnights:

The following shifts are available, looking to hire 2 PT or 1 FT people: Available Shifts : Tues 3pm-9pm, Wed 3pm-9pm, Sunday 3pm-9pm (every other week).

Overnights available: Thurs 9pm-7am , every other Friday 7pm-9pm.

Heritage Haus and Primrose Place are in SE. Loveland, hiring for a full-time or part-time overnight qmap/ caregiver to work at both locations. We have 18 residents at each community. Our residents are independent in ADL’s and range in age from 27 to 78. There is NO lifting, NO bathing, NO wound, and NO incontinence care. (This is not CNA or MA work).

Our overnight shift is a quiet shift. It has about 3-4 hrs down time. Time is spent doing laundry and light housekeeping. Occasionally will need to give a prn medication.

We provide a home-like environment for our residents and our staff. Primrose Place is a family-owned and operated community operating for 30 years. Our philosophy is, "Our residents don't live in a facility; we work in their home."

We use an app for all scheduling. Have your schedule at all times. You can easily manage your schedule and swap shifts when needed through the app. We post schedule out by a month - 2 months so you always know your shifts.

The QMAP job entails an emphasis on housekeeping duties, laundry, as well as medication administration, activities, protective oversight, and whatever else is needed to provide a high standard of quality care!

REQUIREMENTS:

• First Aid/ CPR Certification Required. Will provide training if needed.
• TB test upon hire. (annual testing no longer required by CDPHE)
• Qualified Medication Administration Personal required (QMAP).Will train and pay for qualification for the right person
• Must pass a Background check and CAPS

Duties/Responsibilities

• Provide and monitor personal care for residents
• Assist residents with medication administration as directed by physician's orders and facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents, and others, which includes, but is not limited to, performing housekeeping tasks as assigned
• Laundry and housekeeping
• Participate in activities with residents
• Assist in maintaining resident reports and other records as required by State regulation
• Answer the telephone in a professional manner and take complete messages
• Respond to requests in a positive manner
• Attend classes, in-services, and meetings as required
