Business Office Assistant
Heritage Hall Rich Creek is currently recruiting for a full time Business Office Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to assist with a variety of business office duties in a busy 120 bed nursing facility.
Job Summary
The Business Office Assistant is responsible for accounts payable transactions, serves as the backup resident fund custodian, and assists the Business Office Manager with various accounts receivable duties. The Business Office Assistant also serves as the facility Receptionist.
Qualifications
The Business Office Assistant must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task. Preference will be given to applicants with previous nursing facility and/or business office experience.
