Heritage Environmental is Hiring a Network Technician Near Benton, AR

Primary Purpose: Responsible for maintaining TCP/IP LAN network of over 180 computers, all computer hardware, printers, updating and implementing new software, and documentation.

Essential Functions and Requirements:

  • Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Setting up, installing, and maintaining PC's and software.
  • Troubleshooting network and hardware problems for PC and NT systems.
  • Researching new equipment and software.
  • Helping users with queries, spreadsheets, mail merge, and PowerPoint
  • Install/maintain IP cameras on the Exaqvision system to include administering accounts.
  • Maintain the S2 security system.
  • Flexibility to work non-standard business hours (e.g. not 8AM-5PM) to provide support to end users.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with end users and other IT support personnel.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.

Experience: Minimum three-years' experience as a systems technician required. Network Technician.

Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated creative thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong customer service orientation Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.

A post offer drug screen will be required. EEO including disability/veteran
