Our Memory Support Director Will:

• Lead and grow our local Memory support programs.
• Provide training to associates on new principles and methodologies of care for improved resident outcomes.
• Work closely with both current and prospective residents and families to meet their individualized needs.
• Design innovative programs and services that enhance the resident experience.
• Develop processes and procedures that build operational continuity, efficiency, safety and meet state and federal guidelines.
• Build strong relationships in a positive environment throughout the community.

Our Memory Support Director Has:

• 2 years of experience leading a team in senior living or a related industry.
• 2 years of providing care to individuals with cognitive and/or memory care support needs.
• A bachelor’s degree in education, business, nursing, therapy, social Work, or a related field (preferred).
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
