Hercules Sealing Products is Hiring a CNC Assistant Near Louisville, KY
Job Summary:
The CNC Assistant position is an entry level position for those desiring to learn how to operate a CNC machine as part of their career. The CNC Assistant will receive on the job training on order processing, material receipt, part measurement, machine setup for full-time operators, and more. Given the right skill level, the CNC Assistant will be trained how to run a CNC machine which can lead to the future possibility of becoming a full-time CNC Operator. This is a great position with flexible hours for those going to school for machining or with an interest in exploring CNC operations as a full-time career.
Hours:
Flexible part-time up to full-time options with a window between 10am – 8pm.
Essential Functions:
- Must have a safety-first attitude.
- Setup machines for FT operators.
- Receive and stock inventory.
- Part measurement using various tools.
- All other duties as assigned.
Entry Level Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Familiarity with computers and basic applications.
- A desire and ability to learn CNC machining.
- Good organization, verbal, written and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: $17.00 - $20.75 per hour
