The Telematics Operations Analyst will assist with functions related to Product Support, Fleet Operations, Sourcing, andFleet Planning as well as reporting analysis of all business opportunities
- Assist with supporting field operations with each of the company's telematics programs
- Assist with supporting company employees with troubleshooting and reporting of installedtelematics hardware
- Assist with communicating the installation of company approved telematics hardware
- Document the best practices of installation, maintenance and desired reporting of telematicshardware
- Assist with coordinating the installation of company approved telematics hardware
- Support ad hoc business project as requested
- Maintain business data quality and systems
- Document key business processes
- Become a product line expert while supporting vendor management
- Support new product launches identifying rental opportunities in identified growth markets
- Identify business process improvement opportunities
- Create, prepare and analyze business reports
- Prepare financial analysis for equipment life cycle decisions to determine and monitor theoptimum holding period by equipment category.
- Track key business metrics
- Support vendor management as requested
- Support fleet buying processes
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with troubleshooting and modifying electrical systems
- Ability to understand detailed technical schematics, owner manuals, and product warning labels
- Ownership of sufficient selection of hand and electric tools to complete repairs and services
- Ability to operate and test equipment such as boom lifts, forklifts, compressors, portable and stationary generators, hydraulics, pumps and assorted tools and equipment
- A valid driver's license
- Demonstrated strong Business and Financial acumen

- Detailed analysis of cost drivers and business modeling
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
- Proficient in MS Office suite of tools (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
