Vacancy ID : P019075 Position Summary / Description : The subject position has responsibility to assist in daily building operations and perform maintenance activities necessary in the Facility.
Building operations include but are not limited to facility preparations and set-up for practices, special events and intercollegiate contests, secondary contact for maintenance issues.
Responsible for working with Facility Maintenance Supervisor and all Facility Managers to ensure efficient and comprehensive communication with units within the Athletic Department (e.
g., Coaches, Event Management, Marketing and Athletic Communications, IT, Business Office, ASPSA ), other University departments (e.
g., Student Union, University Events, and Department of Public Safety, Transportation and Parking). Provide accurate and detailed information to assist in facilitating a smooth and professional operation and keeping track of maintenance projects and work order records.
Individuals must be knowledgeable of policies and procedures related to risk. Education and Experience : High school diploma or equivalency;
or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work. Optional Guidelines : Experience in the trade(s) areas related to the area of assignment may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
