I am a small business looking to expand. After downsizing due to the pandemic, I am looking to begin building a team. I need help! I am professional, customer-centric and a creative. I handmake all products and am looking to bring someone aboard to help handle the marketing, webiste, expansion and customer relations. My primary goal is to expand products into wholesale while maintaining exemplary customer relations.

You will be working closely with me. Hours will vary according to business needs. I book markets throughout the year, so when a market is happening, I will need to schedule your hours on site. This means you will beengaging with customers and making sales when markets are scheduled.

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Digital Marketer to join our team. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a company into larger scale while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged.
Duties:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, website, social media platforms, and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Monitor website analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
- Collaborate with owner to create compelling content for digital platforms, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and more
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to identify new opportunities for growth
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and develop targeted marketing strategies
- Utilize HTML5, JavaScript, WordPress, and other tools to optimize website performance and user experience
- Collaborate with owner to create visually appealing assets for digital marketing campaigns
- Create wholesale catalogs and move product into businesses and offices online and brick-and-mortar.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role
- Experience with growing small business
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and digital marketing analytics
- Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, WordPress, and other relevant software/tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Graphic design skills are a plus
- Knowlegde around natural products, wellness and herbs
