As the Maintenance Lead, you will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth operation and upkeep of our office building. While administrative tasks are managed centrally, you will serve as the primary on-site point of contact for maintenance-related issues.
This position is based on an as-needed basis, averaging approximately 6-8 calls per month, with an estimated commitment of about 2-3 hours per week.
You will work alongside a small team to address maintenance needs promptly and efficiently. Additionally, you will have authorization to procure necessary supplies from hardware stores as required for maintenance tasks.
