• Responsible for performing scheduling functions on complex capital projects throughout the project life cycle in support of major MTA C&D Business Units areas assigned.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, utility, and timely implementation of all schedules.
• Coordinate resolution of schedule issues, perform delay analyses, and participate in the review and negotiation of time extension requests and claims.
• Support the identification and realization of opportunities to achieve schedule efficiencies.
• Participate in the process of maximizing track access opportunities, as well as determining duration and schedule occurrence.
• Participate in project constructability and risk assessment review efforts.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Oracle P6 scheduling software.

Qualifications Requirements :

Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited College in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration and / or combination of education, experience in Engineering & Construction : Signal / Systems / Communications, Civil / Structural, Architectural / Structural and Electrical / Mechanical with a strong background in scheduling in these disciplines.

Experience Requirements :

• A minimum of three years construction scheduling experience using Primavera P6 scheduling software including experience developing schedule delay analysis and schedule claim analysis.
• 3 years of Oracle P6 Scheduling Software.
