HEPCO INC. is Hiring a Project Support Specialist (On-site) Near Burlington, NJ
As a Project Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of customer-facing outreach communication materials for our client. Your responsibilities will include receiving packet specifications, printing, assembling, and distributing materials to customers across various locations statewide according to the week's schedule. Additionally, you will document any significant findings during outreach activities to ensure timely resolution and closure.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Must be open to part-time hours
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Valid NJ Driver License
- Preferred skills in campaign canvassing and door-to-door delivery (Bilingual skills are a plus)
- Ability to walk long distances daily; excellent physical condition required
- Reliable transportation (Public transportation or ride-share not accepted)
Requirements:
- Demonstrable quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience with MS Project is advantageous
- PMP certification is a plus
Experience Levels:
- Intermediate: Up to approximately 4 years of experience in the specific job function, requiring some managerial oversight/direction.
- Advanced: At least 4 years of experience in the specific job function, with full knowledge of related concepts, and requiring minimal managerial oversight/direction.
- Expert: Approximately 7 years of experience in the specific job function, with full knowledge of the function and demonstrated ability to apply concepts to the functional area, requiring very limited managerial oversight/direction.
