HEPCO INC. is Hiring a Greeter (On-site) Near Brooklyn, NY
Are you a friendly and outgoing individual with a passion for customer service? We are seeking enthusiastic Greeter to join our client's team. As a Greeter, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to the patrons as they enter the office. If you have at least one year of customer service experience and enjoy interacting with people, we encourage you to apply!
- Greet customers as they enter the office with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Provide customers with limited information and necessary applications to process their transactions.
- Issue Q-Matic service tickets from our Welcome Stations to customers.
- Direct customers to different areas within the building based on the type of transaction they need to process.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
- Assist with any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist customers with their needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
