We are seeking an Expert Software Architect to join our client's team and provide exceptional technical leadership and expertise for the NYSE-CON project.
Position Overview: As an Expert Software Architect, you will serve as a Java developer and technical lead, spearheading the design and development efforts for the NYSE-CON project. This role demands someone who excels in making high-level design choices, setting technical standards, and guiding large teams towards successful project outcomes.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Design system architecture and develop system models specifying interactions between multiple systems.
- Develop and/or modify technical and/or design specifications, technical writing, and documentation.
- Develop web pages and user interfaces.
- Perform software development and maintenance tasks, including coding, testing, and implementation.
Qualifications:
- Software Architect: Demonstrated ability to make high-level design choices and dictate technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Experience in designing multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of large-scale software systems.
- Expertise: Minimum of 84 months of experience, showcasing the ability to provide guidance to large teams and/or possessing extensive industry experience, positioning the candidate at the top of their field.
- Java Development: 84 months of experience in object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) for designing and implementing IT solutions using the Java programming language.
- Oracle PL/SQL: 60 months of experience in Oracle PL/SQL, including the development of procedures and packages.
- Spring Framework: 48 months of experience in using the Spring MVC framework, along with expertise in at least three of the following Spring projects: Spring Batch, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Web Services, and Spring Integration.
- Struts Framework: 24 months of experience in using the Struts framework.
- JavaScript Frameworks: 24 months of experience using JavaScript frameworks.
- Responsive Web Applications: 12 months of experience building responsive web applications.
- Java Web Services: 12 months of experience developing Java web services (REST and SOAP).
- Enterprise Java Beans (EJBs): 12 months of experience using EJBs in enterprise applications.
